AGREEMENT FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF LOST KEY

The agreement is being made based on the following facts:

Tenant hereby acknowledges under penalty of perjury that the above information is true and correct. Tenant agrees to pay $35.00 for the new key. Tenant and all other current residents in the unit further agree never to pass any of the new keys to additional or new roommates. IF THE OLD KEY IS FOUND – TENANTS AGREE TO IMMEDIATELY RETURN SAID KEY TO OWNER. Tenant shall be liable for attorney fees and other cost associated with prosecuting misstatements of fact(s). Any false statements made regarding key replacement shall be deemed a breach of the lease agreement.
