Welcome to MB Property Group.

All residents are asked to activate their personal and private Tenant Portal upon move-in. Through this portal, you can schedule monthly rent reminders, request maintenance, and even schedule, pay, and track your rent payment securely online. Choose from a selection of rent payment options.


Property maintenance requests should be submitted through your tenant portal. Simply tell us about your issue, submit pictures and we will be in touch for prompt resolution. If you experience a property emergency after hours where you feel there is resident safety or property at risk, please call our main line and your call will be routed to a live person who will respond quickly.


We work hard to offer quality, well-maintained properties and appreciate your help in keeping them that way. Please respect your rental, be a good neighbor, and maintain all common areas in a neat and clean manner. Let us know of any issues you may encounter that may need our attention.


We also appreciate referrals, so if you become aware of someone who would make a good neighbor, please have them contact us or review our available rentals.
